No Money Down Loans? Yep... but it's a Secret... shhh...
Just heard about a Government program that allows you to buy with no money down, lower than normal interest rates, easier to qualify loan guidelines, amortize for up to 38 years, and if you qualify... even get a subsidy on the payment too. You still get the $8K tax credit as well if you close before Dec. 1, 2009...
